Key Media publishes many Canadian national magazines as well as region specific monthlies such as Canadian Geographic, Wedding Bells, and Toronto Life. They are located in Toronto but have offices in other cities with over 120 employees.

Before using the Outbound Email System, Key Media had no effective way to communicate with all company staff.
