Let’s start with BLOWING AWAY your competition. Do what the competition is not willing to do. This is NOT a question of working harder but SMARTER! Find the little things that make a big difference. Here are some ideas:
  • Research your competitor’s website - look for competitive clues.
  • Take initiative with process improvement at work - start small.
  • Avoid little distractions - turn off your Automatic Email Notification.
