there were over 40 thousand deaths and over a million injuries due to car accidents.
The research pointed to human error and mechanical failure, but the most significant
cause of injury and death was packaging.
If the Ford Motor Company could change the way people were packaged in their
cars as they drove, they could reduce the amount of collision fatalities. The
seat belt was born. Although the idea of strapping yourself in was initially
unpopular, collision fatality rates over the next few years dropped by half.
It is academic for a company to provide a good service or product to survive.
It is equally important for the company to protect its clients, even if there
is some initial discomfort.
Last week I was in a pretty bad highway accident that destroyed my car. A reckless
driver crossed 3 lanes and smashed me into the guardrail. I was able to maintain
control with only 3 wheels left after impact because my seat belt kept me behind
the steering wheel. Thanks to Ford's leadership and specialized knowledge 50 years
ago... the uncomfortable seat belt continues to save lives today, including

To put it simply, as it relates to the Outbound Email System, all system users must receive explicit and verifiable consent when collecting or using a subscriber's personal information. All subscribers must be informed of what their information will be used for once their consent is given. For example, if you will be using a subscriber's information to send newsletters, updates, and/or invitations, you must ask for their consent to receive your newsletters, updates, and/or invitations. PIPEDA also affects contact information you currently store and use in your business. Under the new privacy act, you are now required to have consent when using existing contact information. The new Outbound Email System adheres to PIPEDA by requiring consent from every subscriber currently in your account (using the validation tool) and those who add themselves (using the web form tool). motion4.com Corporation stores this explicit and verifiable consent on your behalf so you are legally protected under PIPEDA. The validation tool in the new system will allow you to send a validation message to all non-validated contacts in your account. They will have 14 days to give consent from the time you send your message. Those who do not give their explicit consent within 14 days will be filtered from existing subscriber groups and moved to a blacklist . Subscribers can still give consent, even if they reside in the blacklist by signing up from your website. Another benefit from the adherence to PIPEDA is that the system will now filter out any bad email addresses and empty shirts , which will save you time, money spent on your account, and ensure that you will not be accused of sending spam.
