The Canadian Association of Professionals Speakers (or CAPS) is a national organization with over 500 members coast to coast. The association is managed by Bondexec, an association management company that works with the board of directors to keep the association running smoothly. Each year they hold a national convention in a different major city in Canada where all members are invited to attend.

CAPS managed and delivered the communication for all their clients' members using standard mail and telephone calls for notices, renewals, event details, etc. The process, although functional, required a great deal of time from company staff and even more money.
