How much does it cost?

An Outbound Email System account costs $45.00 per month plus $0.05 for each real subscriber in your account which allows you full use of the system and unlimited message sending. There is a one time set up fee of $160.00 that covers initial administration and assistance.

You also have the option to purchase a custom message template which will be designed to match your branding. The cost of a message template is $340.00. There are also other options available upon request listed in the Purchase Account process.

You are not the cheapest. Why should we use you?

We are not the cheapest email system, here is why:

• We do not allow our clients to spam which protects all our clients reputations and helps us avoid being black listed by many Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
• We do not place our advertisements in your messages. Your communication is one on one with your subscribers; we remain hidden.
• We do not charge by the subscriber level; you pay only for real subscribers in your account, not for intentionally hidden non-bounce back email addresses that inflate prices.
• We have all the tools necessary to build subscriber lists and your reputation with your contacts as well as subscriber and sent message statistics.

Not all email systems are built equally; we charge a little more because we are better. If you would like to use the a cheap email system, we will provide you with a list at your request.

You are not the most expensive. Why should we use you?

We are not the most expensive email system, here is why:

• We will not need to install any software on your server which is proprietary, requires a great deal of time and maintenance, and often involved dedicated I.T. staffing.
• We believe that email communication should be accessible to everyone, with all the features of a industry standard system. We do not believe in jacking up the price and hitting up corporations for big bucks just because they have more money. It is about pricing integrity.
• We make using the system easy, which also saves us time helping our clients. Often times prices are determined by complexity. We provide all the power of a full featured system without the complexity and pass the savings on to our users.

My list is small. How can you help?

The Outbound Email System was designed to not only send email, but was also designed to effectively build contact lists in three ways.

1. Importation. The system will allow you to import the contact lists you do have from Outlook, Goldmine, Act, etc. so that you can work with what contacts you do have.
2. Manual Entry. You can manually enter contacts you have collected from events, meetings, etc.
3. Web Forms. The system will allow you to set up forms on your website to automatically collect specific contact information from your website visitors.

All our clients have been able to grow their lists using the Outbound Email System. We also provide specific strategies to our clients to help the process. How would a larger and more accurate contact list assist your business?

Is email the right way to deliver my information?

That depends on the information you are sending and who you want to send it to. Email is still a very cost effective and efficient way to deliver messages, but it is not perfect. There are technical limitations using email; email filters make mistakes and sometimes people do not read messages in their inboxes.

If a sound process of list management is used, sender reputation is protected and quality of information sent is high, then email is a very effective way to deliver any information. Users of the Outbound Email System have great success delivering their information because of the processes and protections offered by the system. People read messages sent using our system and will often act at the requests of our senders.

Is the system easy to use?

Yes.

What is Spam?

Spam is mass email sent to unwilling recipients. The Outbound Email System has been designed to prohibit the sending of Spam by requiring every contact in every account to give explicit and verifiable consent to receive any communication from our system. Many email companies claim to not send spam, but in fact do because it makes them more money. We are not one of those companies.

Are you PIPEDA and CAN Spam Act compliant?

Our system is fully PIPEDA and CAN Spam Act compliant although it does not really matter. Both pieces of legislation do not go that far to protect privacy and prevent spam because lobbyists do a pretty good job for their clients.

Besides, governments do not regulate the Internet, Internet Service Providers do and they have a different definition for Spam. We adhere to the guys who have the power and play by their rules, even if they are a little draconian. We do that to keep all our clients protected and get their messages delivered.
